The Role


We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to fuel the growth agenda. In this role, you’ll identify, pursue, and win new business while expanding relationships with existing clients. You’ll collaborate closely with internal delivery and solutions teams — and with strategic partners like Microsoft — to craft unique solutions that help our clients gain a competitive edge.


What You’ll Do

Identify and qualify new business opportunities with both existing and new potential clients.

Build and maintain trusted relationships, deeply understanding client needs and translating them into compelling solutions.

Work with Microsoft to position our studio as their go-to partner for driving cloud adoption.

Collaborate with delivery teams to design winning proposals.

Develop territory and account plans to grow and maintain long-term, profitable relationships.

Drive sales campaigns in partnership with Go-to-Market and Alliance teams.

Build a strong sales pipeline, manage opportunities, and forecast revenue.

Negotiate and close deals that meet or exceed targets.

Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure exceptional experiences and identify ways to deliver even greater value.


What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.

5+ years in the Microsoft partner ecosystem (existing relationships a plus).

Proven track record selling cloud-based professional and managed services.

Commercial acumen with strong contract negotiation skills.

Understanding of deal structures and pricing in consulting and managed services.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building long-term client portfolios.

Team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
