What You'll Do:
Market Maven: Identify and target new business opportunities in the IT staffing sector. Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base.
Relationship Allstar: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.
Sales/Networking: Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently winning new business.
Creative/Collaborative: Work closely with our team of recruiters to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients. Provide insights and feedback to improve our services.
Networking Ninja: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand. Leverage your network to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.
Data Dynamo: Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics. Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Proven track record in business development, preferably within the staffing or IT services industry. You thrive in a competitive environment.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You can articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Personality: Outgoing, energetic, and approachable. You love meeting new people and building lasting relationships.
Motivation: Self-driven and goal-oriented. You’re not just here to meet targets—you’re here to smash them.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools. Familiarity with the IT industry and technical roles is a big plus.
