They’re looking for a GTA Market Unit Lead who can operate like a founder and scale like a pro. You’ll shape the territory’s strategy, lead a cross-functional team, and drive growth across enterprise clients—all while building strong ties with key Microsoft stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
Own the Market: Design and execute a go-to-market plan tailored to the GTA, aligning sales strategy, Microsoft channel collaboration, and cross-functional studio support.
Lead the Growth Team: Stand up and lead a blended team of Business Development Executives and Technical Principals, working closely with local delivery leaders.
Drive New Revenue: Own a personal sales target while overseeing the team’s pipeline—bringing in net-new enterprise clients and expanding existing high-growth accounts.
Build the Microsoft Alliance: Partner with Microsoft channel teams to co-develop strategy, unlock opportunities, and drive value across key industry verticals.
Run Sales Operations: Lead pipeline reviews, new business meetings, and sales acceleration cadences with precision and urgency.
Coach and Scale: Mentor your team, assess talent needs, and build capacity as growth momentum increases.
What You Bring
10+ years in B2B sales within the Microsoft professional services ecosystem
5+ years leading high-performing sales or GTM teams in consulting, cloud, or SaaS
Proven ability to build in greenfield markets—you know how to bootstrap, hustle, and hunt
Strong grasp of Azure, AI/ML, and data transformation initiatives
A current, active network in Microsoft Canada, especially in the GTA
Deep market knowledge of Toronto's enterprise tech ecosystem and where to find opportunity
Strategic mindset with a builder’s mentality—you like to move fast, and you’re not afraid to iterate
Stellar communication and leadership skills; you know how to build trust with customers and inspire teams
