What Will You Do?

Full Stack Web Development & Integration

Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and services using Python frameworks like Django

Develop dynamic and responsive frontend components using React to ensure an intuitive user interface

Implement test cases to ensure code quality and automate testing processes within the development pipeline

Integrate Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to streamline automated testing, deployment, and monitoring

Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability through code reviews and adherence to best practices

Collaborative & Agile Development

Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of features and contributions to continuous process improvements

Collaborate with Tech Leads and UX experts to implement a user-centric, high-quality platform interface

Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and deploy new features while maintaining focus on deadlines and quality

Platform & Feature Optimization

Support the integration of new platform features with thorough testing and code validation

Ensure smooth integration of all components within the deployment pipeline to drive efficiency in project delivery

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of development practices within the team and across projects

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must-Have Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with strong proficiency in Python and React

Solid experience with frameworks such as Django, Redux, and other popular libraries

Strong understanding of RESTful API development and frontend design patterns

Proven experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, including deployment and automation

Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Results-oriented with a commitment to meeting high-quality standards and managing multiple tasks

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Apache Airflow for managing complex data workflows

Knowledge of containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

Experience with Databricks for data engineering and analytics

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
